General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock when you place your order, we will inform you and issue a full refund using your original payment method.

Receiving time = Handling time  + Shipping time

Once your order is confirmed, your items will be prepared for shipping. Most items take 1-3 business days to be processed. We work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible.

Your order will be delivered to you via your local postal services.

We deliver our products only to US.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time will be provided upon order placement. These times are estimates, starting from the shipping date, not the order date. Delivery estimates are guides and depend on order acceptance and approval. We aim to fulfill orders within 20 business days from the order date, barring exceptional circumstances.

Free Standard shipping to US(10-20 Days).

Expeited Shipping to US for $4.99(8-11 Days).

 

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please note that it might take from 1 to 3 business days for tracking to start showing information. 

 

Custom Tax or Duty

Customers are not assessed any additional duties or taxes via Standard Shipping.
